The Second Life Project Is Proud To Partner With The Urban League of Broward County.

The Urban League of Broward County is a community-based organization dedicated to empowering communities and changing lives in the areas of education, jobs, housing and health. It is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and an affiliate of the national Urban League that is dedicated to serving Broward County and our surrounding communities.

How We Work With The Urban League:

1. They connect us to students in their middle and high school programs, which lets us help those in need of technology. 2. We are a part of events and programs they put on (College Decision Day as an example) 3. The feedback and access to the students we get helps us improve year over year, and really connect with those we serve.

College Decision Day

For the past 3 years, we have been a part of the Urban League's College Decision Day, their signature event. At Decision Day, high school seniors who have been a part of the Urban League's programs announce where they will be attending college. We have provided qualifying students at the event with a laptop to take to college. All of us here at the Second Life Project are proud to be a part of such a wonderful occasion, and to be helping these college-bound students.
